Refund & Return Policy

At QuickSecure, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll work with you to find the best solution.

To start, email help@quicksecure.shop with:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • A short description of your request

We usually respond within 1–2 business days.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return under our money-back guarantee:

  • Your request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or confirmation
  • The item should be returned in its original condition and, when possible, original packaging
  • Returns must be sent according to the instructions from our customer service team

Please do not send any item back before contacting us. Unauthorized returns may not be identified or processed.

3. Items That Cannot Be Returned

For health and hygiene reasons, certain sealed items may not be eligible for return once opened. This does not apply if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

4. How to Start a Return

5. Return Shipping Costs

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We cannot guarantee receipt of returns sent without tracking.

6. Refunds

Once your return is approved, we will process your refund within 10 business days. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned item or proof that you have shipped it, whichever comes first.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless we agree otherwise. Original shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns, unless the return is due to our error or a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • A short description of the problem
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the shipping packaging

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as quickly as possible. The 48-hour request is to help us resolve the issue faster and does not limit your rights under applicable law.

8. Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item, contact us at help@quicksecure.shop and we'll let you know the available options based on stock.

9. Cancellations

If you'd like to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at help@quicksecure.shop. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we'll try to cancel it and issue a full refund. Once an order has been processed or handed to the carrier, we cannot guarantee cancellation, and our return process will apply instead.

10. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund you're expecting, first check with your bank or card issuer, as processing can take additional time. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at help@quicksecure.shop.
