Welcome to QuickSecure. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of quicksecure.shop (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. Please read them carefully. By accessing or using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who We Are

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order. By ordering, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Products, Pricing, and Availability
Product descriptions, images, and prices are provided for your convenience and may change at any time without notice. We try to display products and prices accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions, colors, or other content are error-free. Colors and appearance may vary depending on your screen and device.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout based on your shipping destination. Shipping charges, if any, are shown before you complete your order.
We reserve the right to limit quantities and to discontinue any product at any time.
4. Orders and Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. After you place an order, we will send an order confirmation email acknowledging that we received it. This confirmation does not mean we have accepted your order. A contract is formed only when we accept your order by sending a shipping confirmation or by shipping the product.
We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including:
- The product is unavailable or out of stock
- Payment cannot be authorized
- The order or address information is inaccurate or incomplete
- We suspect fraud, abuse, or unauthorized resale
- There is an obvious pricing or product error
If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund the amount charged to your original payment method.
Pricing errors. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or technical error, we are not obligated to sell it at that price. We will notify you and refund any amount charged.
5. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which may include major credit and debit cards and third-party wallets. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments or other payment providers. By submitting payment information, you authorize us and our payment providers to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount.
We do not store full payment card numbers. We may receive limited information such as payment status, payment method, and a transaction reference.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping timeframes, rates, and terms are described in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provide.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
8. Product Information
Our products should be used only for their intended purpose and in accordance with the instructions and any safety information provided.
Product descriptions, images, testimonials, and other information on the Site are provided for general informational purposes only. Please read all instructions, warnings, and safety information before use, use each product responsibly, and discontinue use if a product appears damaged or unsafe.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, product descriptions, images, photographs, logos, graphics, videos, trademarks, designs, layouts, and software — is owned by QuickSecure or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, publish, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially use any content without our prior written permission. Lawful personal use is permitted.

- Engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity
- Provide false identity, payment, or shipping information

- Use automated tools to scrape or harvest content without permission

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuickSecure and its officers, employees, agents, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or products. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QuickSecure and its officers, employees, agents, and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
15. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, rather than in court, except that either party may bring a qualifying claim in small claims court. You and QuickSecure waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action. 16. Governing Law

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
18. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, make up the entire agreement between you and QuickSecure regarding the Site and your purchases.
