Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with QuickSecure. Every order is packed carefully and shipped with attention to quality and accuracy.

1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order ships.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days
  • Shipping time: 6–10 business days
  • Estimated total: 7–13 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless a specific delivery date is stated at checkout. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, high order volume, holidays, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

4. Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders. Any charges will be shown clearly before you complete your order.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. It may take 24–48 hours for tracking to update after shipment. Tracking availability may vary by shipping method.

6. Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before completing your order, including name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, state, ZIP code, and a valid email address.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect address information. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us immediately at help@quicksecure.shop. We'll try to update the address before shipment, but we can't guarantee a change once the order has been processed or handed to the carrier.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, an unjustified refusal, or a failure to collect it, we may charge the reasonable cost of reshipment where you are responsible for the issue.

7. Damaged Deliveries

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. If the packaging or product arrived damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A short description of the damage
  • Clear photos of the shipping packaging and the damaged product
  • A photo of the shipping label, if available

We'll review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund. Please keep the damaged item and packaging until our team provides further instructions.

8. Lost or Missing Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe and tracking is unclear, please first check whether the package was left with a neighbor or at a pickup location, and whether a delivery attempt was noted. If you still can't locate it, contact us with your order number, tracking number, and shipping address, and we'll investigate with the carrier. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

9. Packages Marked as Delivered

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, please check around your delivery location and with anyone who may have accepted it, then contact the carrier and us. We'll help investigate the delivery.

10. Multiple Packages

Orders with multiple items may ship in separate packages and arrive on different days. You may receive more than one tracking number. This does not result in additional shipping charges unless stated at checkout.
